Senior Retail Consultant Required
Independent Travel Company in Berkshire is recruiting a Senior Retail Consultant.
My client is a highly successful and established independent travel company
based in Berkshire. They have an excellent reputation for quality and expertise in the travel industry.
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Retail Consultant to work within their leisure travel team at their head office in Windsor.
The role of a Senior Retail Consultant will involve booking and providing a seamless travel service to clients both face to face and over the phone. Using several different systems (sabre included), a Senior Retail Consultant will tailor make clients holiday requests to destinations worldwide, often dealing with the luxury and high end sector.
Applicants for the Senior Retail Consultant role must have previous retail travel experience and have 1st class customer service skills. Knowledge of Sabre CRS is advantageous however cross training will be offered.
