Our clients based in Portishead have a new requirement for an Admin Assistant to join an existing team of 5 staff. Our clients are looking for someone with good administrative skills and also experience of working in an office environment Duties will include - Filing, photocopying and faxing as directed. - Archiving files. - Answering the telephone in a professional manner; ensuring sufficient information is collated on behalf of the Hire Office; referring the details to the relevant person. - Stationery ordering. - Collating paper work in preparation for payroll each week. - Collecting & taking post to/from Head Office. - Producing weekly and monthly invoices as directed. - Arranging transport as directed. - To raise PO numbers. - To assist in clearing invoices - Housekeeping - keeping the office and kitchen areas clean, tidy & free from obstruction. - To order PPE & ensure PPE records are maintained. - Updating H & S notice boards as directed. Experience / Qualifications: - GCSES: English & Mathematics Grade C or above; OR NVQ: Administration - Computer Literate - Microsoft. - Numeracy & literacy.
