The successful applicant will be required to assist with monthly billing, credit control, time sheet processing, purchases, petty cash, payroll and general accounting and office duties. Some accounts experience is essential for this role. However, what is equally important is that the applicant is a confident and excellent communicator, as much of their time will be spent liaising with colleagues to ensure that accounting data is accurate and complete. Experience of using a computerised accounting packing and proficiency in word and excel is essential. However, comprehensive training will be given during the first 6 months.
