Mechanical Design Engineer - Dorset - £Neg. Mechanical Design Engineer needed for my Dorset based client. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a market leading company in a key role within the Mechanical Engineering department. You will need commercial expertise as a mechanical designer, ideally using ProE / ProEngineer Wildfire 2, and have experience at a system design level. The role will involve the full design and development lifecycle and you will be expected to be a key person capable of liaising with internal and external contacts, and the role will also involve some coaching of more junior members. Experience of special purpose machine design or precision mechanisms is beneficial. Salary for this role is negotiable.
