Our client, a law firm of national and international repute, seeks an experienced and career-minded Trademark Attorney or Agent to further develop its highly successful and still growing Trademark practice. This multi-office firm, though long established, is sufficiently forward thinking to encourage like-minded individuals to advance rapidly and share the rewards provided by continued success. The ideal candidate should have as a minimum 5 years experience in all aspects of trademark law, practice and management (to include prosecution and offensive or defensive litigation) and be able to demonstrate a strong desire to succeed. To this end, although above-average qualifications are desirable but not essential here, the firm would give preference to an individual with a reasonably-sized portable book of business.
