We have recently successfully entered the Dubai residential property market and have established a sales office there. Expansion plans are in hand and we now require experienced sales executives and a marketing to add to our team at the Leeds office.
Duties to include:
* Incoming calls from clients and dealing with enquiries, gaining sale
* Outgoing calls from leads generated from website registrations
* Identifying potential customers
* Building and maintaining relationships
* Managing accounts / keeping relationships
* Attending road shows
* Selling properties
* Liaising with important clients
Candidate Profile
* Experienced sales executive, knowledgeable in property or luxury item sales
* Excellent B2C skills
* Works well within team
* Credible, professional bearing, excellent communicator
* Must be self motivated and have good initiative
