Chef de Parties Needed for Exciting Small Group of Pub Restaurants Paying Competitive Salaries with good future prospects This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, driven and passionate Chef de Partie who wants to join a dynamic business in the area working with Fresh ingredients and cooking Modern British cuisine to high standards. Your role as Chef de Partie will involve cooking to the Head chefs standards, learning the Seasonal Menus, Running a section and ensuring the quality and presentation of all dishes is upheld. The ideal candidate for this position would be a proven Chef de Partie from a quality food environment or a fresh keen talented Demi Chef from a more fine dining environment who wants to take a step up to Chef de Partie position and learn from a great Chef within a friendly country Inn environment. This is a very hands on position in a fast paced yet relaxed environment and requires a strong personality and an individual who can work under pressure, manage a small team and handle volume with speed and work well with colleagues as part of a team. Key Skills are Ability to demonstrate kitchen and culinary skills Experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy Fresh food environment Ability to work under pressure in a bustling kitchen Team player and strong team builder A high standard of personal presentation Confident, professional and welcoming personality. The Rewards Basic Salary of up to £18,000 per year dependant on experience Free meals whilst on duty Opportunities for promotion and transfer across the group as it continues to expand Friendly casual working environments Eligibility This position is vacant and immediate interviews and trails are available.
