Their expanding workload and continued growth means that the Department has vacancies for two Commercial Property Lawyers with ability, drive and determination to join this successful Department:
5-6 Years PQE
This role is to assist the Head of the Commercial Property and Planning Department. The successful applicant would assist and work closely with the head of the department. The varied and interesting caseload will involve a full range of work including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, options and pre-emptions, development work, general portfolio work. The work will involve acting for a range of clients - both local and national.
1-2 Years PQE
This role will involve a full range of work including acquisitions and disposals, acting for Landlords and Tenants on the grant of leases, lease renewals, licenses to assign etc and general commercial property work.
