Sales & Customer Service Representative - Leeds City Centre

THE ROLE
Location: Leeds City Centre
Salary:Starting Salary £13,000+Excellent Bonus

You will be providing first line customer sales and service support to existing and new customers. Of particular note, the successful applicants will be looking to develop their key skills and career through constant development and an agreed personal development plan which will enhance both your skills and experience as well as creating additional opportunity for you.
THE COMPANY

You will be liaising with customers who are wishing to receive a new insurance quotation for motor / home insurance, breakdown cover or home assist. You will be expected to provide an exceptional level of service.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for candidates who strive to develop and build strong customer relationships. If you have a strong customer service background from any industry, good interpersonal skills and are confident speaking with customers in a professional manner then we would like you to apply. People who demonstrate business excellence, through good communication, influencing and organisational skills will be successful. Candidates are required to have a good level of computer knowledge.
