Our client, a leader in bioscience, are looking to appoint a Lead Technical Support Generalist. Within this role you will act as the primary contact for our clients customers, provide technical guidance regarding our clients products, and give customers scientific support to assist in the interpretation and troubleshooting of their experimental results using high throughput genetic analysis systems. Skills/Attributes: -- Ph.D. (or M.S. + relevant work experience) in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or Genetics. -- At least 3 years previous experience in a direct external customer support role, preferably in the life science industry. -- Written and oral fluency in English and at least one other language including French or German.
