Our client, a leader genomics, are looking to appoint an Applications Trainer. As In-House Applications Scientist, you will play a key role in our clients Customer Solutions organization. You will assist the launch of new products by transferring expertise from internal development teams to field scientists and customers. You will train our field scientists on emerging technologies while guiding the design of new products to meet the needs of our customers, fostering two-way communication between headquarters and the field organization.
Skills/Attributes:
-- 2 years experience in customer support role preferred.
-- PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or Genetics required, or B.Sc.
-- Prior experience with microarray technologies preferred.
