An individual is required with one or two years experience of web development.
Working alongside a senior developer you will have the opportunity to perfect your front end web design skills, together with server-side technologies such as PHP and ASP.NET.   
An understanding of PHP or ASP.NET, web usability, web accessibility, JavaScript and SQL would be advantageous.
To apply you will need to provide a portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills in creating websites using hand-coded XHTML and CSS as well as any dynamic content.
