The client:
Our client is one of Essexs leading specialised Health & Fitness clubs
The role:
As a Telesales Executive you will make outbound calls to new and existing customers, developing and converting these leads into Members to create a greater client base. You will build up long lasting relationships with these customers, matching their needs to the health and fitness services you have to sell, all the time working to targets which youll aim to exceed.
The candidate:
Must have a strong, proactive sales ability, a passionate and outgoing personality and will love being on the telephone. Get a buzz out of making sales and exceeding targets and will enjoy going the extra mile to make customers feel special. Must be highly self motivated, and are happy to work independently or as part of a team as required.
