Working exclusively for my client I am seeking an Interim Finance Director for a period of 3-6 months. This position has arisen as the current Finance Director is taking up the position on Managing Director on an interim basis and wishes to back-fill his own role. You will be able to complete all the regular tasks associated with a Number 1 Finance role but due to the Finance Director still being actively involved with the business some of the work may be more Financial Controllership in nature. You will be hands-on both in terms of reviewing and presenting weekly, monthly and quarterly information to the business and group as well as being happy operational, getting on the shop-floor understanding the production process and working with all parties to continually improve operational results.
