The Company:
A leading Mechanical & Electrical Building Services engineering consultancy with a national and international presence urgently requires a Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer to help continue the departments contiued growth.
Our client is an award winning building services consultancy with an excellent track record of success and are experiencing steady and calculated growth. A key area of their business is in sustainable development with a focus on renewable energy.

The Role:
Succesfull candidates will be responsible for providing a comprehensive technical service where you are focusing on full mechanical design, feasibility studies, specification, project management
commissioning and final account. You are also responsible for liaising with the client and
trouble shooting.
You:
The ideal candidate will have experience within a M&E Building Services Consultancy where he/she has been developing project design. You will have followed the clients brief preparing specifications, designs, drawings, equipment schedules and contract documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in either mechanical or building services engineering (lesser qualifications coupled with experience will be considered) and a breadth of experience in the sector. You should also have a knowledge of job costing techniques and an appreciation of contract documentation and forms of agreement. You should also have knowledge of ISO9001.
