Our client, a global life science company, are looking to appoint a Technical Services Specialist. Within this role you will be responsible for internal and external customer enquiries by phone, fax and e-mail. In addition you will investigate and process product complaints. Skills/Attributes: -- Scientific degree/MSc/PhD. -- Laboratory experience in Life Science, or related area, preferably with specialist knowledge of Cell Signalling and Neuroscience. -- Practical knowledge of immunohistochemical staining and western blotting would be an advantage.
