SAS SAS Global Engagement Consultant - Customer Insight Leading customer insight consultancy seeks a business and data savvy consultant to work with their (mainly retail) clients in the successful adoption of ?customer-centricity as a core business strategy. Your role will be to assist clients design, plan and facilitate organisation changes which result in the alignment of the entire organisation with customer-centric strategy and the successful integration of insight-based services -- Organisation changes include organisation structure, culture, business process, strategy, business performance management, insight and supporting tools You will also develop customer strategy, subsequent action plans and lead or contribute to the implementation of business change, liaising with C-level client executives, marketing and other functional heads. To be considered for this role, you will have functional knowledge of Marketing, Customer management, Insight application and ideally Retail operations with experience within data insight-driven environments and tools such as SAS, SPSS, Informatica, Unica, etc Youll also have experience of consultancy techniques; (exec interviewing, workshop facilitation, acquisition and synthesis of diverse information from the client organisation) with an understanding of programme design, organisation development, change management and process design. Exposure to Marketing and Customer Management and experience of organisation change programmes (ideally customer related) is beneficial as is international work experience with exposure to challenges of delivering business results in markets and cultures outside UK.
