As an Assistant Manager for this chain of high quality fish restaurants you will be responsible for assisting the management team in delivering the offer with the minimum amount of fuss but with zest, style and theatre.

An Assistant Manager who has had previous supervisory experience within a similar high quality restaurant.
A self-motivated and tenacious Assistant Manager who places importance on high standards of both product and delivery.
A strong hands-on leader that enjoys working within a hands-on role.
Of course, an Assistant Manager with a passion for fresh fish and shellfish!
