As an Assistant General Manager for this chain of high quality fish restaurants you will be responsible for assisting the general manager with the day to day operation of the restaurant and the team in delivering the offer with the minimum amount of fuss but with zest, style and theatre.

An Assistant General Manager who has had previous managerial experience at deputy level within a similar high quality restaurant.
A self-motivated and tenacious Assistant General Manager who places importance on high standards of both product and delivery.
A strong leader that is good at motivating the team and enjoys working within a hands-on role.
An Assistant General Manager who is knowledgeable of the financial side of the business.
Not to mention a passion for fresh fish and shellfish!
