DEPUTY MANAGER, Restaurant Management, 18-20k per annum + bonus The Opportunity As a Deputy Manager of this branded restaurant you will be responsible for supporting the general manager in the day-to-day operation of the site and to act as duty manager in their absence. You will be expected to maintain the standards of quality of the restaurant, develop, motivate and energise your team, as well as exercise control of financial, stock and personal matters. Who were looking for SOMEONE WHO HAS PREVIOUS DEPUTY MANAGER EXPERIENCE WITHIN A BRANDED RESTAURANT. The successful candidate will be a strong, hard-working and enthusiastic individual who has a passion for restaurants as well as being driven by success. A strong leader who is great at leading and motivating the team at all levels. A Deputy Manager who is confident with the financial side of the business including forecasting, budgeting and assisting the general manager with margin control. A Deputy Manager who loves working with people and making everyones visit a special one.
