French Sales Administrator

The Company
Our client is a Global Automotive company
The Role
· Logistics Assistant with French
· To support the Customer Service Team in processing sales orders, despatches and invoicing of parts
· To provide the team with specific reports in a timely and accurate manner
· Ensuring the customer receives the required products
· Maintaining a flexible approach to assisting the Customer Sales Department
· Ensure the prioritisation of own workload on a daily basis and inline with team objectives.
· Ensure the inputting of data onto management systems in a meticulous and efficient manner
· Maintain and develop internal and external customer relationships to enhance customer service levels
Profile Required
· Excellent French language skills (both written and conversational).
· Previous customer service experience within a demanding environment
· Ability to work to tight deadlines
Desirable Skills
· Software knowledge of Microsoft Systems
· Educated to GCSE or equivalent
· Strong Sales / Service Experience
Salary / Package
£13,000 - £13,500 Upon Experience
