Based from their London office you can expect to work in a very bright office and will deal with both candidates and clients.
Our Clients work very differently to other agencies, they are very candidate focused and give you all the training you need to be successful!
The successful candidate can expect a base salary between £25-30k in the first year with an expected ote of £50k( plus additional incentives, perks and prospects.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Procure business orders
· Delivery of placement / profit targets
· Identification and Selection of candidates/contractors
· Customer management / development
· Participate in management reviews / processes
· Comply with Company quality standards and internal procedures
An Ideal candidate will have a background in IT / Recruitment, but not necessary.
We are looking for you to have some sales experience, however if you can demonstrate a drive and passion to succeed I would like to talk to you!
