Job criteria
You will deal with specifically with all manner of immigration work including general immigration, visa and work permit and HSMP, IGS, investor applications and refugee & asylum issues. You will be able to advice a wide range of clients both orally and in writing on complex legal issues,
Personal Criteria
Immediate start
An experienced caseworker/ paralegal with either OISC Level 1 or LSC Accredited Level 1or 2;
An appropriate experienced non-qualified caseworker would be considered as well;
The ideal candidate needs to be a Chinese speaker, either mandarin or Cantonese;
You will need to demonstrate an ability to take ownership of your work, confident, client-focussed, self-starter with excellent organisational skills, communication skills in written and oral in both English and Chinese. This role will suit only a highly ambitious individual who is looking to develop their immigration knowledge and expertise.
Salary
Competitive and Negotiable, depends on experience.
