The Company:
My client is an established consultancy based in Wigan who are specialising in the Commercial market and they are currently looking for an experienced consultant to join the team. This opportunity will require previous recruitment experience and strong business development skills and will offer excellent prospects to the successful candidate.
The Role:
-- Placing candidates in to the Commercial sector up to management level within the permanent market
-- New business development, sourcing new clients and taking on new jobs
-- Cold calling, sales and negotiation
-- Meeting daily & weekly targets in a highly pressurised environment
-- Liaising with Candidates and Clients
-- Visiting clients within the local area and Manchester
-- Interviewing and sourcing candidates
-- Providing a superior service to clients and candidates at all times
-- 9-5.30 Monday to Friday
The Person:
You will have a successful track record within recruitment; have strong sales, business development and candidate control skills. You will have the ability to work within the fast paced environment, excellent communication skills, target driven attitude, self motivated and be a high achiever.

The Package:
-- Basic salary up to 22K doe plus uncapped OTE
