Digital Producer

The Digital Producers role is to collaborate with the Digital Production and Development Manager, Creative Partner, Client Services, Project Manager and other functional partners to develop, drive and execute original, digital, content experiences, widgets and applications for our clients. Liaise internally and with third-party vendors to budget, schedule, build and deliver microsites, online advertising, applications, widgets and digital functionality
-- Create, schedule and deliver digital programming plan and deliverables

Day-to-day management of actively running digital projects including content updates and partner integration
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video player and/or digital applications
-- Collaborate with team on information architecture, design, applications, community elements, user experience and page building
Point of contact for site back-end builds to ensure objectives are being fulfilled
Effectively execute the sites business objectives and integration of advertisers messages within content and digital applications
Collaborate with creative team on video and digital technologies
Work with distribution platforms on specs for shooting formats and delivery formats/process for video and digital applications
Interface with third-party technology vendors to build and launch cutting-edge and engaging digital applications based on creative and brand objectives
Support and collaborate with internal IT, project management and development team
Manage content in multiple formats for distribution.

• Minimum GCSE standard English/Maths
• PC literate, including Internet and e-mail skill
• Excellent organization and communication skills needed to manage, budget and deliver between third-party technology providers and distribution platforms in a timely manner and of the highest quality.
• Solid understanding of web standards, latest technology, competitive landscape, design and usability, programming languages and common web application architectures. (Flash, AS2/3, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET, XML, Databases etc)
• Familiar with a variety of online marketing concepts, best practices and procedures.
• Ability to multi-task and keep on top of the details, while also focusing on the big picture.
• Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities simultaneously in a strict deadline-oriented environment.
• Make good decisions based upon analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment; offers appropriates solutions and suggestions.
• Teamwork - can work independently and in a small group.
• Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication;
• Good people and client management;
• Attention to detail while able to maintain a high-level overview;
• Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under pressure;
