My client is a well established organisation with several sites across the South East. They are currently seeking either a Graduate with a degree relating to HR (CIPD) or an experienced HR Co-ordinator with an understanding of employment law and excellent administration skills. The role will involve managing the HR administration, offer letters, contracts, managing recruitment process, writing vacancy advertisements, maintaining employee records, monitoring appraisals schemes and assisting the Group HR Manager with HR issues and advice to Line Managers. This is a demanding role and requires either a Graduate with and HR related degree who understands employment law or an experienced HR Administrator. The successful candidates needs to have their own transport due to the location but may also be required on occasions to visit other sites.
