This successful Architectural consultancy is based in West London. Their projects include contemporary high-end residential, commercial, sports, hotel and leisure and mixed-use developments. Projects range in value from approximately £7 million to £26 million both nationally and internationally.
Currently they are working on a hotel in Bahrain and a conservation project in Central London. They have 2 offices in America and an office in London with 15 Architectural staff.
They are currently recruiting for an Architect to join the team based in West London.
Working in conjunction with one other senior designer your role will incorporate everything from the initial concept design through to completion on site, as such the successful candidate should have previous experience working on projects of a similar nature and should have an excellent up to date knowledge of current UK building regulations. Good communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with clients and building a small team of Architectural Assistants and Technicians. ARB and RIBA membership is essential.
