We are interested in hearing from you if you have more than 12 months experience of supporting Microsoft operating systems ( Windows NT, 2000, XP, 2003 ) or Unix ( AIX Solaris Linux ) and an understanding of networks including Cisco networking technologies, TCP/IP etc, any knowledge of Novell would also be an advantage. Whilst a strong technical background is important we are also looking for first class communication and relationship management skills. This is the perfect role for someone wishing to enhance their technical knowledge, you will take responsibility for high levels of support across a broad range of technologies and complex issues The role does involve some remote out of hours support and you must have a driving license as the site is not accessible via public transport.
