Our client is one of the UKs leading authorities on occupational health, safety and environmental consulting and training solutions. Founded nearly 30 years ago they have grown to become a leading player by focusing on their mission to promote health, safety and environmental best practice for the benefit of society and the increase of productivity. Due to continued UK growth they now require an additional home based Field Sales Executive to cover the UK.
As a home based Field Sales Executive you will be a key member of a growing sales team and will assume responsibility for the development and growth of both new and existing accounts. With a focus on customer relationships you will add value by gaining a clear and precise understanding of customer requirements and tailoring our clients consultancy and training solutions to fit that need. This role will involve some lead generation.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level with a minimum of 18 months sales experience gained within the B2B sales sector. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, a professional work ethic along with self discipline and the desire to succeed within an ever expanding industry.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 25k with an uncapped and very achievable OTE of 50k plus a generous benefits package.
