This Architectural practice has been established since 1993, and is experienced in handling a wide range of leisure, retail, commercial and residential projects to various clients. They operate their service throughout UK and abroad. Due to latest residential developments in Kensington and Knightsbridge they are looking to hire an Architectural Technologist.   
Your role as Architectural Technologist will involve preparing plans, sections and elevations, planning applications, building regulation applications, surveys and site supervision. You must be educated to a HNC / Degree level or equivalent and have previous experience working with in an Architectural Practice. You will have a strong knowledge of construction and UK building regulations as well as being confident with detailed design. You must be creative and technically skilled with the ability to communicate clearly with both clients and colleagues. Proficient knowledge in AutoCAD is required but full training will be given if you have knowledge of other CAD packages. CIAT or MCIAT membership would be an advantage but not essential.
In return the are ready to offer a salary range between £28,000 - £42,000, good benefits and discretionary bonus, good working environment in their modern open plan office.
