This company is a London based ARCHITECTURAL practice which has a headcount of 30 ARCHITECTURAL staff, due to demand they are looking to take on board an enthusiastic ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT to work on educational and mixed use projects.
        
This consultancy specialises in educational and mixed use projects both nationally and internationally. Due to various projects in London they are seeking the expertise of an ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT. Your duty will be to assist the ARCHITECT on a variety of exciting projects, helping with the design and going on client visits.
You must be familiar in AutoCAD, Revit, PowerPoint and Photoshop; you will have had experience working within a similar role and will understand the key aspects of the planning process and UK building regulations. Good communication skills are paramount as you will be liaising with team members and clients. You must have good time management as you will be required to work on projects and also help job run. As an individual you must be keen to learn, ambitious and be able to help deliver results. Candidates will be expected to hold their PII RIBA qualification and looking to work towards their PIII qualification but it is not essential.
