With a very successful first year behind us we are actively looking for experienced recruitment consultants who want to take their career forward, both in earnings and opportunity and be an integral part of helping grow a true consultancy,
In our first year we have successful managed to build relationships and become main suppliers to business ranging from SME to a number of FTSE100 and blue chip organisations in both private and public sector and we are looking for individuals who have the experience and drive to be able to open and manage their own client portfolio and reap the full benefits of doing so.
We can offer the right individuals a flat structured hierarchy, where using your self motivation and drive you will be autonomous in your ways of working, but be surrounded by other experienced recruiters to act as support and guidance as needed. We can offer over 55 years commercial experience in recruitment and business environments.

On top of the unique working environment we can offer in comparison to other consultancies, we can offer a good basic with excellent commission structures, with no hidden penalties and small print (circa 25 - 30% of every penny you bill).
In return for what we can offer we are looking for individuals who have prior recruitment experience, ideally 18 months+ and can come in and hit the ground running and be able to build and run their own desk and business without huge amounts of management. The majority of our work is in IT, Engineering and business/project management arena, but we are open to individuals from any industry sector, who have the self belief and ability to offer a true consultancy service to their clients.
