Telesales - Telemarketing
Temporary Contract for 3 months
Start date: 15th May 2008
£8.50 / hour plus 3-month bonus
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch)
The COMPANY
Our client is a project management company that employs between 50 and 100 staff at any one time. They manage schemes on behalf of a variety of businesses such as stakeholder management, lead generation, performance tracking, and satisfaction surveys.
A new project to convert a large customer base from paper applications to online applications means that they are seeking two telesales staff for a three month contract.
The ROLE
The successful candidates will be required to telephone around 1,000 educational establishments to convert them from filing paper applications for travel discount, to online filing. Some clients may require a demonstration or an appointment booking for a field sales representative.
The CANDIDATE
Although this is not a pushy sales role, you will be dealing with clients will be stuck in their ways and will require persuasion by selling the benefits of online applications.
You will need:

-- An amiable and understanding telephone manner
