They are a market leading IT recruitment business and provide clients with highly skilled IT specialists for contract and permanent roles, and the very best executive talent for board level and senior IT appointments.
Due to their success and continued growth they are now recruiting for 3 Resourcers to join their Birmingham based team. You will be responsible for supporting a team of recruitment consultants by resourcing candidates for specific requirements across the broad IT industry for the first 6 months, and you will then receive a promotion into a full Recruitment Consultants position.
This will be a telephone-based role where you will learn to understand and identify candidates skill sets, qualify a candidates level of experience and promote your clients opportunities. On a daily, weekly and monthly basis you will work to key performance indicators (KPIs) and have an opportunity to earn commission.
Ideally, you will be of graduate calibre with some experience of the working world. Should you have business to business sales experience this would be an advantage. You must also have a full UK Driving License and your own car, as the location of the office is not within easy access of public transport.
You salary will be reflective of your experience and range between £15-20,000 with an OTE in your first year of £25-30,000. This is an excellent opportunity for a career in recruitment as there is exceptional progression within this forward thinking company that is set for growth.
