We are looking to appoint an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to work onsite for a well established food manufacturing company in Bedfordshire.
Your role will be to provide Occupational Health services to include; pre-employment screening, spirometry, audiometry, health surveillance, absence management, accident investigations and health promotion as well as other aspects of an Occupational Health remit as and when required eg home visits. You will be a registered Nurse and in additional have or be working towards either a NEBOSH qualification or a post graduate Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health. There are approximately 450 employees within this area over 4 local sites and therefore some travel will be required, a car allowance will be payable to the post holder.
Experience of working in a food, FMCG or manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
You will need excellent communication skills, be computer literate, be up to date with relevant OH legislation and have a full UK driving license.
