As a Management Couple you will be fully responsible for the day-to-day management of a food led public house. You will lead from the front, creating a welcoming environment, driving the sales and maintaining the profitability of the establishment. Our client offers the successful Management Couple the opportunity to have a creative input in to the operation of the business and the autonomy to develop the business further
You will-
* Be an experienced Management Couple with a proven track record of success within a food led public house, preferably for a branded operator
* Demonstrate your passion and dedication to deliver the highest standards of guest service and product
* Be able to demonstrate your ability to effectively manage all financial aspects of the business
* Possess the ability to successfully develop the food side of the operation; one of you will have gained previous experience within a quality kitchen environment, although formal training is not always necessary
Our client is developing an impressive collection of food led, non branded public houses and is dedicated to finding a quality Management Couple who will add real value to their operation
You will receive a basic salary in the region of £30-40,000 a structured company bonus scheme and live in accommodation.
