The role is based full time at their Head Office in Nottingham. The desktop support technician will be a self starter and have very strong Microsoft skills both on desktop and server. You will be familiar with Windows 2003, XP, Active Directory and Exchange 2003, LANs, WANs. The role is predominantly 2nd line support but you will get involved in all aspects on support including backups, call logging. Some travel in Midlands area as well as some weekend/out of hours work is required so a Driving License is essential.
