Established in 1996, this client supplies teachers and support staff to over 50% of the schools in the UK.
They have over 20 offices throughout the Country and are seeking some experienced Consultants to join their team in Reading.
The Role:
You will be responsible for your own success and will benefit from rewards that are a direct result of your own hard work!
You will generate new business, manage relationships with both candidates and clients and be responsible for making suitable placements within this vibrant sector of our industry.
You will work to realistic but challenging targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and will be expected to contribute in a large capacity to the branch targets also.
This is a very busy branch looking for a highly organised, sales professional with or without Recruitment experience.
The Person:
