Our client, a leading Insurance provider, is seeking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st / 2nd line telephone based technical support in Basingstoke, on an initial 3 month contract at a rate of GBP12 to GBP15 per hour. Applicants must have experience of working in an IT Support role in a multi-supplier environment and strong knowledge of working in a Windows environment as well as working knowledge of MS Office and Exchange.
