This organisations reputation is unrivalled in its sector and is enoying rapid growth at present. -- Maintain good client and candidate relationships to support the development of new and existing accounts. -- Carry out research and compile information to assist consultants when compiling proposals, tenders, client meetings and new business. -- Carry out research into agreed targeted market / sector, to identify key contacts in order to develop business relationships. -- Carry out candidate interviews with consultants to assess suitability for interim roles -- Reference candidates to assess suitability for interim roles. -- Attend relevant client meetings with Consultants. -- Identify business opportunities from relevant publications -- Assist Consultants in the successful delivery of interim management assignments. This can include taking a full brief, sourcing suitable candidates through database, updating the website, briefing candidates and liaising with the client regarding specific questions, compiling shortlists, arranging interviews, agreeing and negotiating on terms such as rates, expenses etc You may already have developed an enviable track record in recruitment consultancy or your current role may include resourcing and supporting recruitment consultants.
