Senior Account Manager [Partnerships] - West London Agency - to £42k [neg] Excellent, established west London agency with the culture of a start up seek an ambitious Senior Account Manager to develop partnership marketing programmes for one of the worlds largest brands. The team there is focused, united, un-political and absolutely determined to double the size of the agency over the next three years. They believe in ?people and are highly supportive of their teams and their development. You are a true ?salesperson - one who understands how to speak to people, when to speak to people, and how to get them to ?YES! Additionally, you are tenacious, highly organised, creative in both approach and thinking, and fast on their feet and someone who doesnt take ?no for an answer and sees a voice on the phone as an opportunity. To qualify, you must also have a thorough understanding of the workings of an agency, be energetic, enthusiastic and creatively driven, with a passion for excellence in client service. Ideally you also have an integrated agency marketing background including experience with, and understanding of, digital marketing, CRM, and promotional marketing, but this isnt mandatory. To have a big advantage, you already have solid experience in partnership marketing, and partnership initiatives and a thorough understanding of working on long term customer programmes, not just campaigns. In addition to cold calling from a partner ?hit list, you will also attend and manage partner ?sell-in meetings, converting these opportunities to signed partnerships.
