I am looking for a confident candidate to join a successful company as Head of Conferences. You must have a successful track record in a similar position; have a clear understanding of what makes a thriving event and an ability to show creativity. Strong leadership skills and communication skills are also essential.
In this role, you will be expected to produce the programmes for all conferences, building strong relationships within the industry and identifying new opportunities throughout the market. As well as this you will manage, develop and motivate individuals in your team, leading through example where possible. Although this role will involve setting up new programmes, you must be prepared to develop the existing events as well.
