My client
My client is an I.T. Recruitment provider and is based in fabulous offices in the centre of Bristol. They are extremely professional, promote a consultative approach and specialise in the rewarding sector of I.T.. They are currently seeking a talented Recruitment professional to join them in an Account Management capacity.
The role
They have recently won their place on the PSL of one of the largest and most active I.T. clients in the UK. They are supplying this company with the full range of technical applicants spanning all of their divisions. They have a very well established relationship with this client and are in need of a Recruiter to take on the responsibility of maintaining this relationship and managing the whole account. The client itself has ambitious plans for 2008 and have the requirement of over 200 new employees! The role will involve:
-- Sourcing and placing candidates in a wide range of roles
-- Looking after the existing contractor population
-- Attending onsite meetings and conference calls as and when required
The successful candidate
This is a key role within the business and the successful candidate with be experience in the Recruitment industry, be highly reliable, dedicated to their own success and an outstanding communicator.   You must have:
-- An outstanding record of achievement within I.T. Recruitment (essential)
-- The ability to communicate confidently about a number of I.T. based positions
-- Experience of working with at least one large client
-- The familiarity with the level of service required to ensure that the position in maintained an improved upon.
