This is a pivotal role in which your responsibilities will include monitoring service standards, driving process improvements, holding weekly team manager meetings, supporting the division director and playing an active part in the strategic overview of the office. You will also investigate lost business and both recommend and drive recovery methods. The role will be very much a mixture of accounting technical support, service delivery, strategic overview and management of staff within their outsourcing department.
