Operations Manager

A UK leading organisation based in the heart of Windsor is looking to recruit a confident and commercial operations manager to join its well established ambitious team. This is a pivotal role in which your responsibilities will include monitoring service standards, driving process improvements, holding weekly team manager meetings, supporting the division director and playing an active part in the strategic overview of the office. You will also investigate lost business and both recommend and drive recovery methods. The role will be very much a mixture of accounting technical support, service delivery, strategic overview and management of staff within their outsourcing department. This all encompassing role offers a competitive salary along with 25 days holiday, free car parking, pension, life assurance and flexible benefits program. The successful individual for this position will be ACA qualified or equivalent, confident with excellent communication skills, ambitious, and be able to demonstrate a track record in process improvement and the ability to lead maintaining the focus and drive for results whilst encouraging and developing others.
