IT - Business Analyst GIS & Design Collaboration

Purpose of role:
To lead on the requirement captures of the GIS and Design Collaboration capabilities producing business requirements and process documents that are then handed over to design.
Key areas of responsibility:
· Working closely with the user to capture and document business requirements.
· Working closely with the user to make sure the business processes are adequately documented
· Ensure timely sign-off of requirements and business process
· Carry out change impact analysis in GIS and Design Collaboration areas
· Support Team Lead, Business Analysis and other Business Analysts
· Carry out testing as appropriate
· Support transition into production as appropriate
· Support IT Delivery team during project design, configuration and development cycle
Job Requirements:
· Experienced (2 - 5 years) business analyst
· Ideally, experience of the construction industry and associated management systems
· Ability to listen and write clear and concise documents
· Real team member/player with hands on approach
· Experience in geo-spatial analysis, geographic information systems and design collaboration - ideally ESRI and Bentley Project Wise.
· Experience of change impact analysis and management
· Fluent in English
