Product Trainer/Consultant Required Our client provides Intranet-based Self-service HR and Payroll solutions to small, medium and large enterprises across the UK. They are progressive I.T. Company who are growing organically year on year and are seeking a Product Trainer/Consultant to join their dynamic expanding team. Roles and responsibilities - Training customers on our clients suite including HR, Training, Recruitment and Payroll - Implementation of the product from data transfer through to consultancy/training with the customer - Providing second-line support to the help desk, including first line cover for holiday and sickness - Assist in the testing and quality assurance of any new features - Liaise with clients to qualify and document their requirements for new features or enhancements - Attend and present at user groups - Attend, demonstrate and liaise with new prospects at HR and Payroll shows. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, knowledge of all major IT applications and have at least 2 years experience of processing payroll from start to finish. You must be willing to travel and stay away from home frequently as this role is mainly working on customer sites UK wide.
