They have opportunities for business analysts to work collaboratively with all areas of the project teams to understand the requirements for systems development and support.
Responsibilities * Understand and document Business Processes using interviews and workshops * Capture and document stakeholder needs and requirements through interviews, workshops and analysis of available documentation * Produce requirement specifications * Understand the capabilities of market leading COTS product (GIS, Document Management, Project Scheduling, Collaboration, Financial Management (including SAP and Oracle) * Prototyping Document Management solutions using SharePoint * Perform Functional Gap Analysis and identify requirements for customisation, bespoke development and integration. * Provide key business input into the development, test and user training. * Identify and communicate risks to the appropriate sources Essential Requirements * 5-10 years business analysis experience * Hands-on SharePoint, MOSS, and MS SQL Server is essential * Excellent analytical and problem solving skills * Excellent communication skills * Understanding of the full software development lifecycle. * Ability to work within, a start up environment. * UML * Knowledge of one of more of the following GIS Applications, Document Management Applications, Financial applications, Project Scheduling Application * Willing to travel to project sites across Europe and Middle East. * Experience of working on IT component of large construction projects desirable.
