Our client provides software solutions and IT services to the gaming industry. Their main focus is on the development of sophisticated software to manage high volume transaction processing activities as well as web applications for on-line gaming. They offer a fast paced environment with a culture of autonomy.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing software development projects across the full lifecycle
- Matrix managing teams of business analysts, developers and testers in local and remote locations (up to 30 staff)
- Managing £MM budgets
- Client facing, managing expectations
- Utilising Project Management Methodology based on PRINCE2
- Project planning, scoping, scheduling, risk analysis & mitigation
Key Skills Required:
- MUST have full lifecycle software development project management experience
- MUST demonstrate leadership qualities
- MUST have demonstrable client facing qualities
- MUST have budget management experience (ideally £MM)
- IDEALLY have experience of working to Prince2 or similar (although must have experience of working to a PM Methdology)
- PMP, MSP and / CMMi would be an advantage although not essential
- Strong personality, confident with excellent communication skills
- Self motivated
