?1bn turnover PLC, provider of solutions to the utility and local authority market require an HSE Manager.
Following a promotion a position exists for a HSE Manager to be based in Lancashire who will also be prepared to travel throughout the UK. You will have strong experience in relation to developing and implementing health and safety systems (14001 & 18001 ideally) and assist several divisions within the group to roll the systems out and to become heavily involved in the integration of new businesses into the group. If possible you will also become involved in the development and delivery of training courses. Ideally you will be CMIOSH but it is not an absolute must as training is available. The post would suit somebody who has the right skills and knowledge but does not have the correct degree of experience within this businesses core activities who is prepared to demonstrate their ability within a team in order to secure a higher position in the future.
Salary will be dependant upon qualifications/ experience and the position will come with a car allowance or car and a stakeholder pension etc.
