The Role: My client require an Assistant Manager for their busy store in London. The successful applicant will have good experience in retail management preferably from a jewellery background.
Skills and Experience: You will be a strong Assistant Manager or Store Manager with an excellent track record in customer service and sales environments. You will be accustomed in working towards and exceeding targets, working towards K.P.Is and enjoy the interaction with customers.
You Must Be:
- Able to maximise sales and operational effectiveness.
- Able to develop a skilled team.
- An excellent sales person and enjoy one to one sales.
- Customer focused in order to encourage return custom.
- Commercially aware.
- Able to lead and motivate your team.
